A great photo of Company M. taken at Camp Townsend in Peekskill, New York on May 18, 1898. I believe Captain Thomas W. Timpson is the officer in the center looking to his left. I am also sure that newly appointed First Sergeant Ralph C. Chadsey is to the left of Captain Timpson. A few other officers can be seen in the photo but I'm not sure who is who? (believe it or not, this was another great item the was for sale on ebay. If the new owner sees this, I would like to get better scans of the photo is possible).

Here is another photo of Company M taken at Camp Thomas, Georgia. I believe Captain Thomas W. Timpson is sitting near the tree on the right, he is wear the light colored pants. Also, I believe that on the far right of the photo is the Companies Quartermaster Sergeant Francis J. Stuart. (thanks to Richard Bennett. for the use of this photo).

A fantastic photo of Captain Clarence Arthur Coan, of Company L. The photo was taken on August 15th, 1898 at Camp Thomas, Georgia. Captain Coan is mounted on his steed and you can clearly see the "9" on the horse blanket. Also, on Captain's collar you can see the USV along with 9th infantry crossed rifles. On his chest is a Third Corp badge. The back of this photo has the Captain's name date, location and stating that he was Commander of the 2nd Battalion. (thanks to Fred W. for supplying this wonderful photo).
