I have a wife who trapped me (the lucky girl) 'way back in "53. She does have a few redeeming features, among them the fact that she is an excellent cook, and we dine unusually well. Considering that we exist on a very small, highly limited income, that's quite an accomplishment!
We have four kids, all with families of their own now, and scattered to the four winds. Don't often see them. All have pretty well followed in my footsteps: not amounting to a hill of beans.
The third member of my immediate family now is an old girl by the name of "Lady", a 12 year old, fat, lazy Belgian Gruenendahl Shepherd mix. Dogs are among my very favorite people. Lady, a stray I "rescued" from the busy street in front of my house when she was about a year old, has proven to by remarkably intelligent.
Animal intelligence is a favorite topic of mine, and I'll devote another page to it. Yes, I know you just can't wait, but please be patient. I can't do everything at once!
All of the sciences are of interest to me, also. No doubt I'll touch on some of those, too.
