Grand St. Market, 505 Grand Street, Brooklyn, NY

One more time for "cigaretts."

Superior Market, 40-?? Queens Boulevard, Sunnyside, NY

It's like shooting fish in a barrel. Several more from a nearby supermarket: In the first picture are two Polaner products, grape jelly and strawberry peserves. And note that "Polaner" is spelled "Polar" in the top one. In the second shot are two Healthy Choice products, although for the one on the right it's spelled "Helthy Choice."

Great Bear Tire & Auto, 52-19 Queens Boulevard, Woodside, NY

Isn't that speciail? They have complete under-car speciailists. (As opposed to incomplete ones?)

Mauro's Coffee Shop, 69-45 51st Avenue, Woodside, NY

As far as I could discern, the f in "DFLIVERY" isn't an e whose bottom horizontal bar dropped off. The word was just misspelled. Simple as that.

C-Town Supermarket, 60-40 Fresh Pond Road, Queens, NY

Please don't poke the poek in the shoulder. But at least it's fresh. That fact is mentioned twice: "FRESH LEAN WHOLE POEK SHOULDER FRESH"

Richard Thompson 24-Hr. Sewer Service, 477 Grandview Avenue, Ridgewood, NY

Cellers pumped? Is "celler" a slang term for someone who uses a cell phone? If so, then watch out for this guy.

Sam's Thrift Store, 620 Grandview Avenue, Ridgewood, NY

Does this costum jewelry costum a lot of wampum?

Taina Variety Store, 64-08 Forest Avenue, Ridgewood, NY

Toto, I have a feeling we're not in Ridgewood anymore. According to this sign, we're in Rigewood.

La Esperanza Deli Grocery, 715 Fairview Avenue, Ridgewood, NY

Hoo boy! Quite a few to see here.

  • Line 3: hony turkey (s/b honey)
  • Line 7: ros beef (s/b roast)
  • Line 8: boloni (s/b bologna)
  • Line 16: prolone cheese (s/b provolone)
One more thing I noticed: Why was the word "Head" omitted from the item on Line 12, American cheese? It's not as if they couldn't have squeezed it in. Just curious.

Our Cleaner, 556 Woodward Avenue, Ridgewood, NY

Am I to understand that some guy named Aron presses shirts? I wonder if he uses an iron. And I believe that the first comma is erroneous. It probably should read "SHIRTS WASHED, IRONED."
