to any rod building project. Please note that each set includes the nickel
silver hardware only. Unfinished wood spacers are available separately
for the cap and ring style hardware set.
Leonard
Style Cap and Ring Sets
Styled after the reel seats that accompanied the famous rods built by the Leonard Rod Company, our cap and ring hardware sets offer a traditional look for those makers preferring a cap and ring configuration. Each set is offered at a retail price of $30.00. We also offer separately unfinished wood spacers suitable for use with this hardware. Please specify diameter desired of either .687 (standard) or .650 (small).
Baby Leonard Style Cap and
Ring Sets (picture coming soon)
The Baby Leonard is modelled after another reel seat design made famous by the Leonard Rod Company that features a wider band and a Butternut seat. Each set is offered at a retail price of $42.00 (includes a Butternut wood spacer).
Our double band hardware set uses
the same ring style offered in our cap and ring set. Please note that
we do not currently offer for sale wood spacers suitable for use
with our double band sets. Each double band set is offered at a retail
price of $18.00. Please specify diameter desired of either .687
(standard) or .650 (small).
We offer unfinished maple mortised wood spacers suitable for use with our Leonard style cap and ring hardware sets. Each piece is sanded to a satin smooth finish and is ready to accept varnish. Apply your finish of choice directly for a light and natural colored seat or stain and varnish for darker results. Each spacer is approximately 3 3/4" long and is offered at a retail price of $14.00 each. Please specify diameter desired of either .687 (standard) or .650 (small).
