Lynn is a C 3-4 incomplete quadriplegic. Waking up one morning Lynn found that he could not move anything from the neck down. After two days the doctors found a blood clot on his spinal cord. After five hours of surgery the doctors removed the blood clot. The next morning Lynn had his first sign of more good things to come. This sign was the movement in his left pointer finger. Over the next year he continued to get more function back. To the point that he can now stand and take a few steps while hanging on to something now.
Lynn also enjoys playing Quad Rugby with the Portland Pounders rugby team where he leads the team in minutes, and goals. Lynn is the assistant coach of the Portland Wheelblazers, and tam coordinator.
