My name is Gage Enoch and right now I do not own a Teardrop, although I'm getting ready to build one. It's going to be a clone of one that my Grandparents and then my parents had. I have no idea of who made it. What I do know is that it was a custom build Tear by a major mfg for the V.P. of Standard Oil, Los Angeles in either 1946 or 1947. It was a 'one off' that looked like a Kenskill but was painted like a Kit. It also had lower rear side tail lights that look like the Kenskill logo. It also appears to have 1946 Chevy Truck fenders. And as seen in the third picture, it looks like it's 10+ feet long. I've included three pictures of it that may help in identifying it. I also included a picture of the donor trailer that I'm going to use as a starter platform.
Any help you could give me would be appreciated, maybe you could post it on your Mystery Page, and one of your viewers will recognize it. Oh, I saw it last in 1968 in Torrance CA.
If you have any information about this trailer,
please email me through the link at the bottom of this page.
Thanks! George
