Pack Policy
- Pack meetings are generally held on the last Tuesday of every month during the Scouting Year (September - May) in St. Agnes' Old School Hall.
- A Parent or Gaurdian must attend with each Scout.
- Scouts are expected to wear their uniform, which consists of the Scouting: Neckerchief, Slide, Shirt and belt. We are trying to teach the Scouts to take pride in their appearance by asking them to wear it properly.
- Scouts are expected, upon arrival, to immediately enter the hall. The Parish asks that the Scouts do not play on the parking for their own safety.
- Our news letter, Trackin' the Pack, is produced each month to inform you of future events. You and your Scouts are encouraged to read it.
- The Pack WEB Site is made available to help our families stay current with on going Pack activities. But it is our policy to NEVER post our Scouts or our Leaders: Names, Addresses, Telephone Numbers, or Pictures.
- Upon request, a Pack roster will be made available to any Scouting family registered with our Pack.
- We have adults who actively support our Pack in various capacities. We encourage participation on the part of all parents. Our Pack is only as good as the Parental support we receive. We therefore, look to all parents to fill vacant positions.
- Committee Meetings are held once a month, roughly the second Monday of the month. Leaders are asked to please attend to ensure that we obtain their input on various issues and that they receive all necessary information. In addition, "ALL" parents are welcome to attend the Committee Meetings. This is YOUR Pack ... and we want to ensure you know your views are welcomed and important to the Committee.
