Living History:Glendale-Malvern Hill NPS-Colombia Rifles 'invitational' living history: This event is a cooperative partnership between the Columbia Rifles, the National Park Service (Richmond Battlefield Park), and the Civil War Preservation Trust. The event will be held on the original battlefields of Glendale and Malvern Hill. This is a Tier 1, semi-immersion event. |

Re-enactment: The 19th annual event at Neshaminy State Park. There will be a tactical and a scripted scenario on both Saturday and Sunday. The scripted scenarios will be brigade sized actions from the Chancellorsville Campaign, modified to make the best use of the available terrain. Battles both days, extensive civilian programs, field hospital scenario. Registration forms and information will be available at the end of January at www.28thpvi.org. Registration fees and deadlines: $7.00 until April 1st. $10.00 after April 1st. The walk-on fee is $15.00.(Co. B spring meeting). |

Tactical: Hope's Campaign is a tactical weekend in Elizabethtown Pa on a beautiful 260 acre property. This is a charity event where all proceeds aid in the adoption of special needs children. This event is for both garrison and campaign camps. Hope's Campaign is a unique event where the re-enactors are first, but safety and authenticity is maintained. It is the only event where the end outcome of the event is the re-enactor has made a difference in the person's life, just as the soldiers did in the Civil War. |
