River Meadows is a 238 lot Planned Unit Development located on 170 acres along the famed Deschutes River with its own Community and an active Homeowners' Association.  Common property, including frontage along the Deschutes River and amenities such as water and sewer systems are available.  To date, all the developer lots have been sold.  However, privately held lots and/or houses are always become available.  Check with a local realtor (Sunriver or Bend) for details.

The Architectural Control Committee reviews all Building Plans in order to ensure that the quality of the River Meadows Community remains high.

An active Homeowners' Association (RMHOA), the River Meadows Improvement District and the River Meadows Sanitary Sewer Corporation are all operational.  Each lot Owner is automatically a member of the RMHOA and may actively participate in the activities of the RMHOA to any degree desired.  Current Assessments amount to a low $480.00/year which covers the annual Maintenance of the Roads, Bikeways, Common Areas, Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts and Sewer System.  Water and sewer fees are additional.
