Rules for Membership Use of Office and Maintenance Building
Only owners shall be allowed access to the building/office.
One individual shall be responsible for the key which will be checked out from and returned to the board designated individual on a case by case basis.
The office shall be available for board approved activities or meetings related to River Meadows concerns. Political, religious, or commercial meeting uses are not allowed.
No food or drink.
The room is available during non-business hours. Business hours are defined as 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday and 8AM-12PM on Saturday. Also, the building will not be available on the evenings when ACC meetings are scheduled. Association business always takes precedent and may pre-empt any other activity (scheduled or unscheduled).
Liability waiver form must be signed by all participants.
Please leave the room organization as found after use (i.e. desks, tables, chairs, etc.).
