Text Box: The Rome Radio Club held its December meeting on 5 December 2007 at Stiefvater Consultants facility at the Griffiss Business and Technology Park. In attendance was Dave K2YE, Dave W5IXM, Terry KC2NZW, Tony WA2GBE, Joan KA2TSC, Bill K2GVI, Russ WB2JIL. At the meeting, the VE team reported that they expected 5-6 test would be held at the regularly scheduled test session on 8 December 2007. The sessions are being held a the Westmoreland School while the fire hall is being renovated. Bill reported that there is some interference going around the repeaters in the area. Our 88 repeater is on that is affected; however, the Text Box: repeater is otherwise working well as of the meeting. It was decided that the January meeting would be held at the Kings Buffet on January 2nd, 2008 at 6 PM. No bossiness meeting will be held as this will be strictly a social event.
