Our New Prsident for the 2008 - 2009 Scouting comes to us from John Jay High School. Leslye is a senior this year and has been with the Crew for four+ years.

L E S L Y E

Quiet, with an infectious smile, it seems like Leslye has been with us forever. Like all of our past presidents; Leslye has a vey active Scouting background. Alresdy a Girl Scout Silver Award rcipient, Leslye is now working on her Gold Award. Leslye is also very active in school and in her community in addition to her Scouting activities.

  In School, Leslye is a Goalie for the High School Women's Varsity Soccer Team. She also plays on several Club teams. Beyond just playing soccer, Leslye helps at clnics to teach younger girls Soccer skills and this past year helped lead a clinic teaching the younger girls in the town of Lewisboro the skills to play goalie.

In addition to her Scouting and Sports activities, Leslye also plays violin in her school's Symphonic Orchestra. She tutors in math and science - is a member of the National Honor Society - and is also a member of the Latin Club. And when not busy on weekends, Leslye is an Alter Server at St. Mary's Church in Katonah.
