• Do you have info, sources of info, or name of people that I might contact with the lineage of John and Miriam Palmer with daughter Miriam who married George Osborn?

In Cemetery Inscriptions in Windsor, Connecticut by DAR, the Elm Grove Cemetery, Poquonock has a number of Palmer's:
--Mrs Mindwell Palmer, wife of Capt John Palmer, d. Sept 23 1814 aged 26
--Abigail B., wife of Capt John Palmer, d. Jan 1 1832 aged 52
--Benjamin Palmer, son of Mr John & Mrs. Miriam Palmer, d. Nov 15, 1814,     aged 23

• The will of Luther Palmer who died(in 1813 in Worthington, Franklin Co, Ohio, in 1813, mentions brothers Ethan in Ohio and Benjamin in the state of Conn.

• Ethan Palmer married Chloe Lovilla Olmsted(dau of Francis Olmsted and Chloe Case). They had a daughter Eliza who died at 1 year and  a daughter, Miriam. Ethan was born 17 Feb 1782 in Windsor and died 30 Mar 1818 in Blendon Twp, Franklin Co, Ohio(age 36).

accompanied by Ethan Palmer from Connecticut arrived in Blendon Twp
in 1806.

Palmer and Miss Lovilla Olmstead, daughter of Francis Olmstead.

• A Letter from H. Warren Phelps, who was 15 years old when Mrs. Ursula Griswold died, indicates that Ethan Palmer was a brother of Miriam Palmer, and that he was 24 years old when he came to Ohio in 1806.  He was also a mechanic in wood and iron.

land now occupied by his descendants--with Francis Olmsted who
returned  to Conn and came back to Ohio in 1810 with his family.
George Osborn settled on the Creek between the Griswold and Cooper
tracts.

• I visited the West pioneer Cemetery, Blendon Twp, Frankin Co, Ohio, 4 years ago and have pictures of the gravestones of George and Miriam (Palmer) Osborn, Ethan Palmer, and other family members.

• I believe that the Benjamin Palmer who died in Nov 15, 1814, and was buried in the Elm Grove Cemetery was the brother of Mirian Palmer who married George Osborn, and Miriam and Benjamin were the children of John and Miriam Palmer mentioned as parents of Benjamin Palmer.
• Who was Miriam?

• Does John Palmer tie into Capt John Palmer and ultimately, Deacon John Palmer and Nicholas Palmer of Windsor?

It looks as though the only survivors of this family were Miriam Palmer Osborn and her
children and Miriam Palmer, dau of Ethan Palmer and Chloe Lovilla Olmsted.
