The 2009 Dahms Bierbaum Workshop
"State Codes for Nonprofit Corporations: Overview for Parliamentarians” will be held at the
Holiday Inn Select - Minneapolis Airport on November 6-8, 2009.
The workshop registration fee includes tuition, materials, refreshment breaks,
Friday dinner, Saturday lunch, and Saturday dinner. The registration fee does
not include transportation, other meals, or lodging. The registration fee is $245.00 postmarked
on or before Wednesday, October 14, 2009. The registration fee is $275.00 postmarked after

Early registration is encouraged. The trustees reserve the right to limit enrollment.
Requests for refunds will be considered
by the trustees on an individual basis
and are not guaranteed.
Guests are welcome to join workshop participants
at scheduled meal functions (Friday dinner, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner).
