Front: a tile was used to create the side border. A coordinating tile was used for the background and the color was lightened in Print Artist. The flower was recolored using coordinating colors from the tiles. It was then printed and cut out and put on the card using foam tape to give it a raised effect. Inside: the tile was tiled to create the top border. The sheet was cut out to fit on the right side of the card (cut smaller) and glued at the top. I saw this treatment in a store bought card and liked the effect - a great way to conserve your more expensive paper!
