"I don't know when I have had more fun in my life! We fell in love with the cabin when we walked in the door. You have got me hooked on the cabin so bad that I told ******* that if I could find the right piece of property I would love to build a log cabin down here. The little things that you have done to it really make it feel like it could be anyone's home. This vacation will never be forgotten. We went whitewater rafting on the French Broad River and are hooked on it. I can't wait to go back and try a more advanced river. We also had the chance to drive to Asheville, N.C. to see the Biltmore Estates and we were amazed at the size and what this house has to offer. We bought many things from there and told my brother and his wife about it. They will be going there around Thanksgiving. Well just wanted to tell you and Dave that we would like to stay in touch with you for future references about the cabin and maybe even some pointers about the construction of the cabin. I have to admire your taste in decorating and with all the personal touches of the season it made it feel so much like HOME. Though driving there seemd to be so far from all --- once you get in the car and start on your way to shopping and all the tourist attractions you find that the distance between all isn't far but certainly enough to make your stay a relaxed one after a days journey to all one desires. May you experience such JOY and HAPPINESS as you continue on with your LOG HOME that may be a permanent home one day. I pray that you will have lots of others who will stay and experience all that we did in your lovely home!"

"Dear Sandy,
I apologize for taking so long to respond to your email, I didn't return to Texas until the 11th and today's the first day that I 've been back on-line. You know how it is trying to get back into the swing of things after a long vacation! ******* and I want to thank you soooo much for letting us stay at your BEAUTIFUL cabin. We had the time of our lives and enjoyed every single minute of it!!! And as you said, we did run out of days before we ran out of things to do. We both fell in love with the cabin- it was totally awesome! Everyone at work asked for your address and info after they saw our pictures of it! I have to honestly say that it was hard to leave and neither of us wanted to go. We definitely plan to go back in the future and boy am I looking forward to it! It was unlike any vacation either of us have ever had and it was so romantic (and thank you for the wine- that was so sweet). We did have a flat tire the day we left- thankfully before we left the cabin- but it still didn't dampen our experience. It was so relaxing and romantic and cozy and everything I'd hoped for all in one place. I asked Michael what the best part of our trip was and he and I both agreed that it was the cabin itself! The Jacuzzi was quite a plus as well. I loved the way you had it decorated and now I'm wanting that cute bear coffee table myself! As a matter of fact I received a magazine in the mail today and lo' and behold there's the bear table! I bought myself one of those log black bears that are made with a chain saw. It's about a foot and a half tall and I named her Daisy because she's holding a bouquet of them behind her back. Every time I look at her I think of Tennessee, your beautiful cabin, and the wonderful memories that we took with us. What more can I say except thank you again for everything. You gave us a very special place that we definitely plan to return to!

We would like to thank you for a wonderful vacation. Cosby and Cabin were great. You have done a nice job with your cabin. Landscaping & decorations were superb! Time moved fast on us but saw/did quite a bit. We started off the week by hiking to Henwallow Falls, then went rafting down the Little Pigeon River. That was an adventure. My daughter actually took a swim on the last rapid. Wednesday we went to Dollywood. We enjoyed the entertainment. Thursday did some hiking thru Smokey's in Gaitlinburg. View/waterfalls were great. We could have used another day in there but no time left. Friday we went to Meadowbrook riding stable for some horseback riding. That was a lot of fun and owners were very friendly. My family and I would like to thank you for the notebook you put together w/all the pamphlets. This was very helpful and added excitement to our trip.

"My wife and I just finished our week at your cabin. It was very nice. You have done a wonderful job both inside and out. Once we arrived, any plans we had left our minds and we just enjoyed the cabin most of the time. We did go to the local stable you had told us about, they said to say hi. We drove to the Biltmore and made a day of it, the picnic basket came in very handy, thanks. And of course we drove and hiked the Smokey's.

Again we had a wonderful time. It all went to fast and I'm sure we will be back!!"
