My Favorite Sports

Just remember...These pages are under constant construction...Well, sort of...

These are my favorite sports:

Yep, that's right...and I don't even play soccer.

Ice Hockey:

• National Hockey League -- the official site.
• Dallas Stars, my #1 club
• The Western Professional Hockey League, the home of the Odessa Jackalopes and the Lubbock Cotton Kings

Basketball:

• National Basketball Association -- the official site of, inarguably, the world's premier professional league.
• My favorite club, San Antonio Spurs
• Australia's National Basketball League
• An Australian club, Victoria "Booze Less" Titans, named after the Australian Drug Foundation's "Booze Less, Be Your Best" campaign

Baseball:

• Major League Baseball -- official site of the US Major Leagues, the pinnacle of professional baseball.
• Texas Rangers -- my #1 favorite club; originally Washington Senators (II), from 1961-1971; compete in the American League, Western Division (with Anaheim Angels, Oakland Athletics, and Seattle Mariners)
• Houston Astros -- my 2nd-favorite club; formed in 1962; compete in the National League, Central Division (with Chicago Cubs, Cincinnati Reds, Milwaukee Brewers, Pittsburgh Pirates, and Saint Louis Cardinals)

American Football:

• National Football League -- THE professional American-football league
• My favorite club, despite it all : Dallas Cowboys
