How We Do It

Some of our clients are reached through advertisements, some through referrals. In order to reach some we must see the original court documents. The reason we must do this is to see which ones are currently being collected, which ones have a satisfaction of judgment filed or have had the debtor file bankruptcy. If there was no satisfaction of judgment and no sign the debtor had filed bankruptcy, then this money belongs to the winner of the case not the loser and needs to be collected.

A judgment holder has certain rights. One of these rights is to sell your judgment to a person or company. One of the reasons you may want to do this is in order to have someone help you collect your judgment. This is where we come in. We would be very interested in helping you collect your judgment. If you have a judgment of $500.00 or more, we will assume all the costs and the substantial risk of collecting the judgment. We track down the debtor, even if they have moved. We find their assets, seize their bank accounts, stocks, bonds and even cars or garnish their wages. We could also and in most cases do put a lein on their house. If you are interested please contact us, when contacting us have all the pertinent information and paperwork on the judgment available if possible.

Please remember every day that goes buy your judgment becomes harder and harder to collect. Why, because the debtor will probably move, change jobs, change bank accounts or even change their name. Remember this is your money!!
