Hello everyone, time is getting short. With the world in turmoil as it is today, God is going to come back soon. I urge you if you have not already get into his word today! We must as individuals and as a nation seek him earnestly in these last days. Read your Bible from beginning to end even if you don't understand one thing you are reading. God will grab your heart and soon you will understand his purpose for you your family and our nation. Please start today and I know you won't be sorry you did!
All of us are sinners from birth to earth and all struggle within ourselves to attain a love and acceptance from those around us. Most of the time man will dissappoint you. But there is hope and salvation and infinite love with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and they will never dissappoint you.
But how do we get there, that is the question? First there is a pain inside that no matter what you do it won't go away. Suffering always brings strength to the soul and somewhere in the deepest places of the heart we find God waiting to take us out of that suffering. We must all start by saying I can do nothing on my own and admit to ourselves that we need help and ask for it.
The only way to see quick changes in your life is to read your Bible. I read my Bible for five years before I started to confess Jesus in my life. I was a closet Christian until one day you couldn't shut me up. I came from a rough background where you didn't talk about God, people mocked and laughed at me and called me goody two shoes. Well Jesus was mocked also, and all my life these same people told me I wasn't good enough and even the Christian's told me I wasn't good enough. I was picked apart by both sides. So I chose to look to Jesus. He never treated me with anything other than love or respect. He took me through each trial, teaching, scolding and blessing and never threw anything back in my face as others had done. I look only to him now.
You will find no self righteous teacher here. I am a sinner and a human being first. The material on this site is meant to help all of us become better people, but keep in mind that I CANNOT live up to the standard set here. GET INTO GODS WORD FOR THAT, BECAUSE JESUS IS THE ONE TO FOLLOW. DO NOT TAKE MY WORD OR ANY MANS WORD FOR TRUTH, SEARCH IT OUT FOR YOURSELF SO YOU ARE NOT DECEIVED!
The Studies will be put up on the web each Monday. The Studies run from 1-?, and I will repeat the sutdies over and over so if you miss any you can catch up with us. Each study has a verse or verses that helped me in my early walk with God. Each study will have a thought, poem or joke. As Christian's we need to have a sense of humor (which some don't like my humor, but that's OK), we need something to lighten up what may be boring to some. God has the best sense of humor of all, he created us didn't he? There is a personal section at the end of each study. This section is where I give my views about things I've seen or read during the week. On a separate page I have pictures, ads or articles of interest. What we see often effects how we think about things so this page reflects ideas with images. I hope this site will stimulate you intellectually and make you think or meditate on spiritual things. Time is getting short and the Lord will be returning soon. We all need to get our relationships right with him. Start today!
