Born in Damdek, Siem Reap 1959. Moved to Phnom Penh 1972 to 1975.
Mastered in Pol Pot farming and survived killing field.
Started my Restaurant career by washing dishes at Oak Tree Country Club in Edmond, Oklahoma. Became a Chef in 1986.
Owned
my first restaurant in 1989. Married with three Children. David, Pichda and Molida. |
