Former assistant to Architect Vann Molyvann in many projects in Cambodia
(1966-1975).
Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, Royal University of Fine Arts,
Cambodia (1968-1975).
Now working as senior architect in the Ministry of Education, Quebec
Government.

Life
Story
Born in Khum Chom Chao, Srok Phnom Penh, Khet Kandal. My native house is
next to Pochentong Airport.
Came to Canada in June 1975, started to work in private firms in Montreal
and then enrolled in the Civil Services of Quebec Government in Quebec
City: Ministry of Public Works (1980-1989) and Ministry of Education
(1986-till now).

Hobbies
All my leisure time is spent in working for Cambodian community in Canada
and since 1992 in helping our poor countrymen in Cambodia.
I participate in the board of many Cambodian organizations: Communauté
Khmère du Canada in Montreal, Association des Cambodgiens du Québec in
Quebec City, The Federation of Cambodian Association in Canada, Cambodian
Network Council in Washington DC.
From 1992, I co-founded and preside the Association Québec-Cambodge, an
NGO that brings helps to Cambodian people. Please see the Association
