Married with two children. A native of Kandal Province. (A survival and product of Khmer Rouge Killing Fields). He came to U.S. as Cambodian Refugee in 1976. He came to U.S. from 1974-1975 under U.S. Air Force Scholarship, Training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas and Lowry Air Force Base, Denver, Colorado, U.S.A.
