Born as country boy from Battambang province. Finished primary school from Battambang province. Finished Lycée education in Phnom Penh. From abroad, as technocrat, worked with UNDP traveling three times around the world to catch up new technology to improve our existing machineries for our national industries: to India, Netherlands, Canada, Japan, finally in U.S.A. |
