Construction's Manager at area work for Hydro-Quebec, Quebec, Canada

Born at Siemreap-ville at 1945. Primary school at Siemreap until 1957 and Lycée Siemreap from 1957-58 (classe de 6ième) and from 1959-60 (classe de 4ième) to 1960-61 (classe de 3ième). I was at Lycée Preah Yukanthor (classe de 5ième) at 1958-59. You can see my photo with my cousin and M. Or Sam Ol at LSA Memorabilia, Lycée Sisowath 1958 (Courtesey : Srey Nop Bonna, LSA 1968)at middle in second line. At that time, I was at Lycée Preah Yukanthor, classe de 5ième.
After successful of "Diplôme d'étude secondaire" at 1961, I move at Phnom Penh definitively at Phnom Penh. Sisowath's student from 1962-63 (Classe de seconde) to 1963-64 (classe de Première). I had organized a manifestation at Lycée Preah Sisowath at 1963 against the Lycée's director.

Baccalauréat 2ième Partie, série Math 1964: mention Assez Bien
Graduated as Civil Engineer, 1969.
Move to France at 1974 and to Montreal Canada at 1975.
Actually I work for Hydro-Quebec as Construction's Manager at field.
