Life Story
Born in 1961 phoum Long Vek, khoum Preas Sres, srok Oudong, khet Kompong Speu. Moved to Phnom Penh with parents and went to Preas Ang Eng primary school.
I still remembered well the moment I found out that I passed the general exam of so called "concours". I was so happy and proud of myself to be accepted to Lycée Sisowath (respected school). I am the cadet of the LSA because I didn't even have a chance to finish my first year in 1975. I was in classe de 6.
After the
genocide, I attended Khao I Dang high school in the refugee camp 1980-82.
I got to Canada in 1983. I married a lovely woman and we have a daughter
born in 1993 and a son born in 1997. |
