Turn waist clockwise and to
right, circle R hand in and up across center and block to R with at chest level
while pivoting R foot inward 15-45 degrees and shift weight onto R foot. L palm
does small circle and presses down while right hand pulls slightly to right
with palm flat. Shift weight across onto L foot and pivot on left foot. Circle
clockwise and R until L hand is palm down on top and R palm is facing up on
bottom to form Hold Ball. Lift R knee in preparation for heel kick and Cross
Hands so that the wrists are aligned. Step out with right foot in a channel,
left thumb rotates in and arm drops out and to the side shift into Parting the
Wild Horses mane R, and continue opening into Slant Flying while turning waist
R. Relax waist and reverse both thumb rotations bring left arm forward while
right circles back in and up towards ear, finger strike towards the opponent's
upper stomach with the L hand palm up. Sit back and repulse monkey by turning
waist L. Continue to turn L, circle both forearms and shift forward and Brush
Knee with R hand. Pivot onto R foot, L toe steps out and touches down in front,
while L thumb rotates out and palm turns up, R hand circles around elbow and
then opens back to front of body, chin level, as R thumb turns inward to form
High Pat on Horse. Relax waist and release R arm. Thumb rotates back out as arm
closes inward and L arm scoops up on outside. Lift L knee for Heel kick and
cross wrists. Open arms quickly while extending lower L leg for Fajing Heel
Kick. Lower L leg and repeat Cross Hands. Then step behind with L leg and open
body to L side. R arm lowers on inside, R toe touches down in front of body
while L arm splits up, both thumbs rotate inward to form Stork Cools Its Wings.
Plant R heel down and pivot as you shift forward onto it. L arm drops inward
and hand Chops Down, then continues circling so that palm is facing up. R
forearm circles up and finishes with R palm facing down towards L palm to Hold
Ball. Step out into a L channel while L forearm rotates out and blocks upward
and R palm faces out at chest level and body shifts forward into Weave Shuttle.
Relax L shoulder, both thumbs start to rotate out and elbows drop down. Close
body as waist turns r, and sit back into R. leg. R hand hooks in, L elbow moves
towards center as thumb twists out to trap and form Ape Closes (Repulse Monkey
from Family Fast set). Relax L arm and drop elbow down to side with palm facing
up while stepping back with L foot. Pivot right foot forward to form channel as
right palm drops in and down. Continue dropping arms back to L side then circle
and shift back forward with L palm following into R for Slapping Two become
One, (Fa-jing slap from Family Fast set). Relax both hands, shift weight back
with both palms up and sink into L leg, close fists to Pull Opponent down and
into Knee. Open hands and pick up R foot. Step back and in line with L foot,
then pick up L foot and step back down so that both feet are parallel. Continue
circling arms down in front of body, then out and up above center. Make fists
while and rotating the forearms out and Double Strike with Fists. Sink elbows
down and open palms but keep thumbs out. Open and circle forearms around elbows
slowly rotating thumbs back in as hands scoop down in front of body and back
towards each other. The L wrist crosses on the inside of the R palm which is
facing inward directly towards the back of the L palm so that they face the
heart ( similar to Cross Hands but this time palms line up like in the Tiger
Mountain tai chi kung form). Separate hands and turn palms outward by lowing
elbows slightly. Press palms out so they face down and away. Tighten centers
and fill the fingers with energy like in Hao Set. Slowly relax hands and let
arms float down with hands to sides and End it. Reverse sides by changing
opening move from R block to L, and finish with L hand on outside before ending
it.
