Kleeneze 404
Kleeneze 404 is a one-step cleaning, rust protection and thin film lubrication that is compatible with most ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces. It can either be sprayed or applied with a brush or wipe as well as used in immersion tanks. Specially designed for applications where it is desirable to leave a thin film of lubricant on parts to provide improved lubricity and rust prevention on a surface following the cleaning process, it can be safely used on firearms, bearings, tools, machine parts, screw machine products and other metal surfaces.

Kleeneze's unique properties enable it to serve as a multi-purpose cleaner and protectorant. It dissolves greases and oils, emulsifies carbonaceous soil, penetrates rust and displaces moisture. Because it has a very low surface tension, it is also able to penetrate narrow openings. It cleans the surface then deposits a high performance, thin film that both lubricates the surface and serves as a corrosion inhibitor. This film does not result in an oily, greasy surface that can attract dust and sand.

Environmentally safe, Kleeneze 404 has a very low order of troxicity and no air pollution potential. It does not contain any ozone depleting components and is non-flammable and non-hazardous to a users health. Kleeneze can safely used on a wide range of painted and unpainted metals including: Titanium, Copper, Brass, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Aluminum, Anodized Aluminum and Magnesium.

D-Zolve for Stripping Masking Plugs
D-Zolve removes powder coating buildup from plugs and other standard or custom molded maskings extending the useful live of these devices and reducing replacement costs. Designed to safely remove powder coatings from a wide range of materials such as silicone and neoprene, D-Zolve efficiently removes several layers of buildup from self-threading to dual-flanged pull plugs. When used in an immersion tank, D-Zolve’s special properties lift layers of paint and break the chemical bond between the powder coating and the substrate. When this bond breaks, the paint layers pull away from the surface and fall to the bottom of the tank.

D-Greeze ES
D-Greeze ES is a safe cleaner/degreaser specially designed for applications where quick drying of parts and component surfaces is necessary. Drying time is comparable to that of Trichloroethane without any of the hazards and no organic residue. It does not contain any flammable components and has no flash point. It does not contain any Methylene Chloride, Carbon Tetrachloride, Phenols or Phosphates. D-Greeze ES also does not contain any HCFCs, Benzene or aromatic components.

D-Greeze ES's cleaning efficiency per ASTM 121, 122 is 100%. It can be used for spray or immersion applications or with wipes. D-Greeze ES has a very low surface tension, under 26 dynes/cm2 at 25°C, which allows it to penetrate very small orifices, cracks and blind holes. It has no water content, no pH, and can be recycled.

Environmentally safe, D-Greeze ES has a low ozone depleting potential of .002 and a low global warming potential of .31 and HCFC of 170. It has a limited atmospheric lifetime of approximately 15 days and HCFC of 2 7-8 years.

Suitable for cleaning to MIL spec and aircraft standards, D-Greeze ES complies with sandwich corrosion in accordance with ASTM F1110 and Boeing D6-17487R1. It also complies with MIL C-2515E, Class 1-1A for aluminum, steel and magnesium. Components are SNAP approved for sale.

D-Greeze ES is available in 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums. It is also available in aerosol cans (minimum quantities required).
