"I'm your neighbor, no matter where in Newcastle you live. I feel a sense of responsibility to help build a community with its own special identity. I envision a pedestrian-friendly business core, a central civic meeting place connected to Lake Boren and more sidewalks for safety in our neighborhoods.

"I strived as a Councilmember to improve services for all Newcastle residents. At the same time, I helped restrain spending, while increasing revenues from outside sources. Police, fire and emergency medical services are now more reliable, with improved response times. Our streets and neighborhoods are safer. Amenities like schools, parks, trails, and playgrounds were developed.

"My immediate goals:

Complete Coal Creek Parkway.
Promote economic development in Newcastle's downtown.
Partner regionally to bring new amenities, like a library and ballfields, to Newcastle.
Get us a unique ZIP code.

"Please join me in making Newcastle a better place for us all."
