Question for February 01, 2002:
Information: The tissue is from the spleen of a young man with a very high WBC count (see figure #1). Immunohistochemistry showed a CD3, CD43, CD45RO phenotype; CD56 was also + (see Figure #2). EBV, CD4/5/8/10/15/20/30 were negative.
Question: How would RTISPCR help in this case?
