Information:  The figure (#1) shows a biopsy from the lateral pelvic wall in a woman with a history of cervical squamous cell cancer.  Co-labeling was done for squamous cells (cytokeratin cocktail, using DAB) and HPV 18 E6 RNA (RT in situ PCR using NBT/BCIP). 

Question: What conclusions can be made about the biopsy?
