Every Friday, four employees of a nearby law office call into The Pizza Parlor to order a pizza to go. Each person always orders the same type of pizza, along with a different extra topping for his or her pizza (one topping is mushrooms). This past Friday the four customers, including Brett, called in his or her order in a different order (first through fourth). From the clues, determine the order each person called to order his or her pizza, the type of pizza each ordered - medium pepperoni, large pepperoni, large sausage, or small hamburger, and the extra topping each ordered.
1. The person who always gets a small hamburger pizza called just after Faith, who called just after the person who always orders olives on his or her pizza.
2. The person who always orders anchovies on his or her pizza called sometime before Nathan, who always gets a large pizza.
3. Gina always orders a pepperoni pizza, but never with olives (which wasn’t ordered by the first person who called in his or her order).
4. The person who always asks for extra onions (who wasn’t the last person to call in his or her order) never orders a large pizza to go.

The island of Beach Head has five main beaches, each a popular swimming area for tourist and citizens of Beach Head alike. Each beach has a small hotel and several cabins where tourist can stay, and each beach has lifeguards on duty during the day. Last Saturday, the life guard on duty (three of whom were males - Curtis, Paul, and Tory, and two of whom were females - Angela and Heather) at each beach wore a different color of swim suit and each had a different color of umbrella attached to his or her lifeguard stand for protection against the sun.
From the clues, determine the name of each lifeguard at each beach (one is Pirate’s Lair Beach), the color of each lifeguard’s swim suit (one was orange), and the color of each lifeguard’s umbrella (one was pink).
1. Heather (who isn’t the lifeguard with the green umbrella) was on duty at Seal Point Beach last Saturday. The lifeguard with the green umbrella isn’t the one who wore either the blue or the yellow swim suit.
2. The lifeguard who wore the red swim suit isn’t the one who was on duty at Coral Cove Beach.
3. Red and blue are the swimsuit color preferences of Paul and the male lifeguard with the white umbrella, in some order. Curtis isn’t the lifeguard who wore the blue swim suit.
4. Neither Tory (whose umbrella is lavender) nor the female lifeguard on duty at Paradise Isle Beach wore a purple swim suit.
5. Paul, whose umbrella wasn’t tan, has done lifeguard duty at Sandcastle Beach for almost three years.

Amber and four other students, including Mr. Davidson, have become fast friends while attending Riverdale Community College. Each student comes from a nearby small town (one is from Whitecliff), and each is enrolled in one of three language classes and is majoring in one of three different areas.
From the clues, determine each student’s first and last name, the town where each lives, the language course each student is enrolled in (two are enrolled in French, two in German, and one Spanish), and the major of each student (two are majoring in Business Administration, two in Accounting, and one in Computer Technology).
1. No two students who take a particular language have the same major.
2. Kimberly and the student surnamed Hastings take the same language course.
3. Shelly takes a German language course. Boyd (who isn’t from Summervale) and the student from Glen Cove (who is enrolled in a French language class) both have the same majors.
4. Neither Ms. Bronowski nor the girl from Willowbrook are Business Administration majors. Jason, who sits beside Mr. Bronowski in their language class, is majoring in Accounting.
5. Mr. Cutting takes the same language course as the student from Turtle Creek and has the same major as Ms. Martinez.
6. No student who was enrolled in German majored in Business Administration.
