Judy's Patriotic Page
I would like to offer my sincere condolences to the families who lost loved ones on September 11th, 2001 as the result of the terrorist attack on our country.
Also in my prayers are President Bush, other leaders of our country, and our military personnel as the wage their battle against terrorism, as well as for those who are serving our country overseas and their families.
We should also remember, that even though September 11, 2001, was the worse form of terrorism against our country, that we deal with terrorism everyday. The bombing of the federal building in Oklahoma City, OK was by terrorist - and they were Americans. We need to remember all those who have died in any form of a terrorist attack - whether it be those who died abroad or at home.
Terrorism comes in many forms, and as Americans, we need to defend our country and stand beside those countries who are our friends and are also the targets of terrorism. I am proud to be an American, and I thank God everyday that I was fortunate enough to be born in America rather than in any other country.
Let us remember the words of John Dickinson - Liberty Song, 1768:
Then join in hand, brave Americans all! By uniting we stand, by dividing we fall.
