Contemplative Dance
Workshops, courses, retreats, training, research, supervision and individual work in Contemplative Dance/Authentic Movement since 1984
What is Contemplative Dance? It is a simple yet profound practice of moving meditation, also known as Authentic Movement. It works with the innate intelligence of the body, psyche and imagination, and their drive for wholeness and integration. We pay attention inwardly to discover movement or stillness, suspending self-criticism and cultivating awareness. We may move, or be moved, into deeper streams of con-
sciousness. As we practice, the artificial boundaries between body, psyche and spirit
begin to dissolve and we encounter aspects of our selves and our lives from fresh
perspectives. As we practice with others, we develop an appreciation for the diversity
of human experience.
What does it look like? It looks like human beings sensing, listening, being. There is no predictable style, no prescribed movement. It can include anything from complete stillness to vigorous movement through space. It is usually practiced with no musical accompaniment and with eyes inwardly focused to encourage self-direction and a sense of privacy. Throughout there is a palpable sense of discovery and revelation,
of the weight or lightness of being, of individual truths experienced and expressed.
Who is it for? Adults of any age can practice Contemplative Dance. It requires no particular skill, training or facility in movement or dance. Rather it calls for curiosity, respect, honesty and some courage to face the unknown. It has applications in many fields, including health, education, religion, human relations and the arts.
Moving...
as spiritual practice It feels centering like meditation; intimate like
prayer; nourishing and transformative like ritual. It heals the "split" between mind
and body, spirit and matter. It brings insight into some of lifes core issues, and
provides an opportunity to express and celebrate them.
as artistic resource artists use this work to discover original material. It refines aesthetic perception and fosters greater precision, subtlety, concentration
and variety. It helps to free creative blocks and renew creative desire.
as psychological narrative the personal history stored in the body becomes accessible for examination and dialogue, facilitating a more expanded,
yet grounded, sense of self.
Contemplative Dance welcomes people of all races, religions, classes, ethnicities, genders, abilities and sexual orientations.

Faculty Daphne Lowell and Alton Wasson
Daphne and Alton, Co-Directors of Contemplative Dance, share an abiding curiosity about and awe for the wisdom of the bodys way, and a deep, well-tempered respect for each other. They began working together in 1983, exploring Authentic Movement and teaching workshops and college courses. In 1989, with their friend and colleague Mary Ramsay, they began teaching annual Contemplative Dance summer workshops at Hampshire College, and in 1994 they began offering Year-Long Programs. They have taught at the National Common Boundary Conferences, Omega Institute, Naropa Institute and the National Sacred Dance Guild Festival. They organized the first Authentic Movement Facilitators Retreat in 1995 and in 2006 the first International Authentic Movement Gathering. They have published in A Moving Journal, the Authentic Movement edition of Contact Quarterly (Vol. 27/2), and Authentic Movement: Moving the Body, Moving the Self, Being Moved (Jessica Kingsley, 2007). They are influenced by the work of Mary Whitehouse and their studies of Authentic Movement with Janet Adler and of Active Imagination with Edith Sullwold. They bring to their collaboration training in dance, meditation, ministry, Body-Mind Centering, Psychosynthesis, Jungian and Gestalt therapies.
Daphne Lowell (MFA, University of Utah), Chair of the Five College Dance Department, and Professor of Dance at Hampshire College, studied Authentic Movement in the Mary Starks Whitehouse Institute in 1982-83. Her movement practice informs her teaching, writing, choreography and Contemplative Dance solo rituals.
"I relish this practice because it brings me home to myself, provides me with insights and ideas, heals the splits in my being, allows me to engage with spirit in a full-bodied way, and offers me an occasion to work with other people in rare depth, and trust. It is refreshing and deeply satisfying. It produces, to my eye, dances that are more engaging, genuine, subtle, and human than much dance I see. It provokes questions about the nature of performance and provides a ground for ritual and the spiritual dimension." daphne
Alton Wasson (MDiv and STM, Yale) was introduced to Whitehouses work in 1969 by Ed Maupin. He leads trips honoring the spirit of place in Italy, Greece and on river trips through the Grand Canyon. He has a private practice and consults with corporations and educational institutions on issues of diversity and holistic education.
"I think of this work as Active Imagination through movement. I experience sensations, feelings, memories, images and the numinous in a process that is more satisfying and challenging to me than any other I know. Through this embodiment, the psyche unfolds in its own organic way, at its own pace. This is a spiritual practice which helps integrate body and soul, personal and archetypal, inner and outer, the conscious and the unconscious both in myself and in the people with whom I work. It is a way of creating a more poetic and artful holding of lifes difficulties and lifes bounty." alton

V. DIRECTIONS:
Go to Nickerson State Park on rt. 6A in Brewster (anyone in town
can point the way if you've never been there), turn into the park
and stay on the main road for 3 &4/10 (3.4) miles. At that
point is a dirt road on your right with a painted sign that says
DARE' (it's only there on dare' day; other days it says Camp Nan-Ke-Rafe).
Turn right there. Soon you'll see a "Dare' Parking"
sign on your left. Follow that into the big parking lot.
Then keep walking down the dirt road until you see a large green
yurt (round building) on your right. That is the main
meeting space. If you have a lot of stuff to bring in, you
can drive to the yurt and drop it off, then go back to the
parking lot. If you have a disability, you can park in our
driveway.
INSPIRATION FOR DARE':
The inspiration for Dare' came from Zimbabwe,
where an indigenous healer, Mandaza (Augustine) Kandemwa, was
instructed through dreams and visions to collaborate with other
healers across boundaries of tribe, gender, skin color and
country.
Dare' offers us the opportunity to meet as a
community-- to heal each other, and address the violence and
greed in the world at large. Each of us comes with gifts
and needs. Each of us has suffered, and that suffering can
turn us back to our community with compassion. Spirit
speaks differently, but profoundly, through each of us.
Thus together we might find the wisdom to proceed on a path of
peacemaking.
PRINCIPLES OF DARE':
1. Dare' begins by calling in the spirits. Everything
depends on this. The invocation allows Spirit to inform the
participants. It creates a field of knowing and remembering.
Dare' also centers on telling dreams and receiving dreams as
gifts from the ancestors to the circle. Council and dreams
are channels between the world of the living and the world of the
invisibles.
2. The strength and essence of Dare' is in the circle and
its intelligence. Council is its heart. Council is
the process we use when we sit in circle as a community and
discuss a topic or issue. We use the talking stick--
whoever holds the talking stick speaks without interruption,
though with an awareness of sharing time with others who want to
speak. And in council one always speaks from the heart,
allowing the spirits and ancestors to speak through you.
Wisdom comes from the combined voices and presence of everyone
who is participating. The purpose of council is to seek
answers, ideas and wisdom from the community that we can't find
ourselves. Asking and addressing a single question coheres
the community.
3. Music is an essential element of Dare'. For
thousands of years, music has been a way for people to call
spirit, and for spirit to manifest itself. Here, the voice,
the drum, the dancing body, and other instruments are essential
components for invocation, as well as healing.
4. Dare' is for the sake of healing, but we don't presume
to say we know what healing is, how it occurs or even how, always,
to recognize it. Sometimes one is the healer and sometimes
one is desperate for healing. Sometimes the two activities
are one and the same.
5. Another concern of Dare' is peacemaking. Again,
though we don't always know how peacemaking happens, we have
determined to make it the center and ground of council, asking
spirit to show us how to proceed.
6. Everyone is welcome and welcomed in Dare'.
Everyone is listened to and heard without judgement. This
generous mind is not easy to attain; it takes time, practice and
dedication. Welcoming, praising and blessing are at the
core of it. Dare' is a place where each person's individual
genius, intelligence and particularity is sought out,
acknowledged and called forth.
7. There are no fees for Dare'. It is pot-luck food
and drink. We are especially pleased when contributions are
organic and substantial, as the time of Dare' covers two meals.
There is always a community money basket at Dare'. Please
add money if you can afford it. Please take money if you
need it.
8. Children are important members of Dare'. If you enjoy
being with young people, consider offering to give parents a
break and hang out with the young folks during some part of
the day. Anything from holding a baby to taking kids on a
nature walk or some other planned activity. If you're a
parent and need some help, please ask. We are learning, as
a community, to be there for one another in whatever ways are
needed. Children are welcome to be at the pond, fire, sauna and
hot tub as long as they are with their parents or another
designated adult.
9. And, finally, Dare' is truly composed of all the members
of the community: living and non-living, visible and
invisible, human and non-human: the people, trees, birds, animals
stones and elementals. When all the beings gather, Dare'
comes to be.
Each Dare' will be different, as we respond to
the joys and sufferings of all who have gathered, and as we
respond to the circumstances of the times. Dare' will
continue as long as we continue to leave each other enriched,
enlivened and inspired.

Authentic Movement encourages
us to listen carefully to the body and provides us with an
opportunity to respond to its needs. An approach to
movement rather than a specific form or technique, this practice
brings our awareness into our bodies revealing the impulses that
lead us into motion. Each mover responds uniquely to his or
her particular body and in doing so may open to a wide range of
sensations, sounds, images, and emotions. As witnesses we
practice giving full attention to the mover while observing our
own, internal experience. Together we strive to create a
safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space.
By participating in this practice, we
may come to a deeper, richer appreciation and compassion for
others and ourselves.
The six-hour workshop
is designed as an introduction to the ongoing groups. Those
familiar with Authentic Movement choose to attend to make use of
this spacious six-hour period for delving more deeply into the
practice.
The weekly sessions are
intended for those interested in working with a consistent,
ongoing group. We will explore a variety of movement
structures to deepen our practice of moving and witnessing.
Individual sessions are
now available for those wishing to utilize this practice as a
tool for personal healing and transformation.
I invite you to join me in this
simple, yet profound practice. Both those familiar with
Authentic Movement and those wishing to explore for the first
time are welcome.
The Facilitator:
Deb Goldman, MA, a Certified
Celebrant and Expressive Arts Therapist, is a graduate of
Lesley Colleges Expressive Arts Therapy Program with a
specialization in dance/movement therapy, the Contemplative Dance
Year-Long Program, The Radiant Child Yoga Teachers Training,
and the Celebrant USA Institute. A dancer with 20 years of
training in a wide variety of forms, she brings 18 years of
experience co-creating and co-facilitating psychoeducational,
creative arts, movement and spiritual groups, seasonal rituals,
and rites of passage ceremonies; and 16 years of experience with
Authentic Movement. Her work is informed by the practice of
Mindfulness, Psychosynthesis, Feminist Archetypal
Psychology, The Dances of Universal Peace, yoga, meditation,
poetry and being with nature. Most recently, she has
learned to deeply witness herself as she practices being present
with her wondrous six-year old son. It is with much
enthusiasm and appreciation for the depth of richness that we
have to offer each other, that she leads her classes and groups.

Vision Quests, Retreats, and Soul Journeys
2008 Workshops, Classes, and Trainings
led by Sparrow Hart and guest staff
Circles of Air and Stone offers classes, trainings, and workshops at different locations throughout the year. These programs are intensive, offering participants a deep encounter with nature, both inner and outer, and the often shifting boundary between the two. They are appropriate for men and women wanting to gain insight, access deeper levels of awareness, or move forward on their spiritual path; or for anyone facing change or searching for tools and skills to help themselves or others. Further information is available on each program mentioned below. Please inquire.
Vision Quests: Each of us has a calling, a unique voice, a song we must sing, a vision we must enact. Each of us has the capacity to live a life of joy, to contribute to our people and make the world a better place. But most people do not realize this potential within them. For millennia people have entered the wilderness to encounter the spirit and seek their direction, purpose, or medicine. In 2008 these programs take place in the mountains of Vermont [May 6-16; August 12-22; September 9-19]; beautiful canyons of New Mexico [April 14-24; June 19-29; July 22-August 1; October 2-12]; and in Death Valley, CA [March 17-27]. They include a thorough preparation, a 4-day solo fast, and teachings to translate your vision into life. (Cost $750)
Group Journeys:
Mayan Adventures: - January 20-25, 2008: (Yucatan, Mexico). A sacred dream lives in each of us -- a desire, passion, or vision that would make us more alive, fulfilled, freer. Living this dream involves entering the unknown parts of the Self. This workshop combines adventure, deep explorations of the soul, yoga and relaxation in the rich landscape of the Yucatan. Among ancient ruins, secret caves, and underground rivers, we will encounter our other self through ritual, trance, psychodrama, and shamanic practices, as well as relax next to the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Cost: $800 (or $1500 for couples registering together), includes lodging and breakfast.
The Dreamtime: Exploring the Left Side - May 18-23: In the Toltec worldview of Carlos Castaneda, human beings are fields of energy in interaction with a magical universe. Teachings for the right side -- ordinary awareness -- focus on handling the known in a non-ordinary way. Corresponding practices for the left side, called dreaming, involve stepping outside the self we know into a more fluid and mysterious reality. This week involves instruction and immersion in this ancient paradigm, exercises to create a broader perception of self and world, and practices to access allies and invoke the presence of the great powers. Spring in Vermont. (Cost: $600, food and lodging included)
The Journey of the Soul - July 13-18: There are two great mythological themes: the heroic and shamanic journeys. In the former the hero journeys out of the ordinary daily world into a realm of primal forces, finding and facing monsters and allies in a quest for healing. In the latter, the protagonist is pulled apart and put back together in a new and more powerful way. This workshop for men and women explores personal myths, identifies what holds us back or drains our energy (the dragons, enchantments, and storms raging within us) and the promise and lure of the unknown which frightens and fascinates us. Using storytelling, deep imagery, dreamwork, and a rich encounter with nature and primal reality, we will face what death means and can teach us, befriend our fears, and quest for a dream worth living, a sustaining myth we can weave into the details of daily life. Green Mountains, southern Vermont (Cost: $600, includes food and lodging)
Rituals for the Earth - September 21-26: A week for men and women to open to deeper and larger aspects of their being, build and strengthen their bonds with nature, and find themselves in a deep encounter with the living earth. Moving beyond the social and rational self, the program includes a medicine walk; rituals of purification and attunement; teachings and shamanic practices to access animal allies and listen to the earth, wind, and water. In council and community we will integrate our desires and deepest truth into the dream of daily life. Early fall in the mountains around Putney, Vermont (Cost: $600, includes food and lodging)
Personal /Professional Trainings:
Apprenticeship in the Vision Quest: The coming millennium challenges us to heal and integrate the split between self and world, mind and spirit, sacred and profane. This apprenticeship to the transforming process of the vision quest focuses on developing the skills and qualities necessary to create rituals and ceremonies that promote profound encounters between human nature and nature, and to effectively guide others through them
The trainings are scheduled around existing quests and tailored to your level of experience and intention. They include instruction in myths and allegories of the vision quest; the dynamics of initiation and rites of passage; the relationship between the known and unknown, dream and dreamer; physical plane skills and logistical concerns; the development of a body of knowledge that includes working with symbols, circles, and medicine wheel teachings; the power and purpose of prayer; encounters with animals and the meaning of "medicine"; the recognition of your own unique gifts, means for altering awareness; counseling skills, the creation of sacred space, and the use of ritual and ceremony. A more detailed description will be sent upon request. (Cost: $800)
Training in Soul Work: Instruction in organizing and leading groups and workshops integrating spirit, ritual, and depth psychology. As apprentice you will participate in presenting a broad range of exercises and processes essential to creating an experience that is deep and transformative. Areas covered include: recognition of projections and strategies for accessing wounds... the group dynamics and the positive use of conflict... emotional release, psychodrama, and inner child work... forms of shadow work, including mask-making; techniques for guiding inner work -- inductions, imagery, story-telling, and shamanic practices.... myths, archetypes, and ritual processes -- their principles, purposes, and proper use... and the development of leadership skills, including mirroring, framing and setting the mood for effective work, appropriate authority, the use of humor and workshop choreography. Trainings are oriented around the week-long workshops and the nine-month Mythic Warrior training. (Costs: Mythic Warrior -$250/weekend; Journey of Soul, Rituals for the Earth, The Dreamtime -- $650)
Men's Programs:
The Mythic Warrior; Men's Search for a Sacred Masculinity - October, 2008 - June, 2009: A nine month men's training that parallels the journey of the hero as men learn to release their past, face the monsters and unknown in their life, and bring the gift of their passion back to their family, friends, and community. Flyer and description available. (Beginning Oct. 25-27)
Mens Wisdom Council - June 8-13, 2008: A high energy week of passion for men exploring cherished dreams, emotional depths, and what is most relevant and real in the context of a healing male community. For registration/information contact Rowe Conference Center (413-339-4954 or Retreat@RoweCenter.org)
Individual Work:
The Medicine Walk: One-day ritual encounter with self and earth, an allegorical journey through nature to reveal and mirror the myth you are currently living and its implications for your life. Includes guidance and counseling before and after. Scheduled individually throughout the year. (Cost: $200)
Personal counseling: For those wanting to explore the issues and challenges of their lives in the context of a commitment to a path with heart. This work embraces a model broader than that of traditional counseling or therapy. It emphasizes the adult over the child, focusing on where we are going over where we have come from, and expands relationships beyond personal and biological history to include nature and the cosmos. It addresses spiritual issues in our daily lives -- issues of vision, living with integrity, and authenticity.

ALSO!
Hello,
Spring has arrived. The leaves seem to be exploding out of the trees and flowers display their colorful blossoms against backdrops of brilliant green. Its glorious to watch the infinite variety of bursting life unfold here in southern Vermont.
Already this year Ive had the privilege to guide two wonderful groups through vision quests in Death Valley and the Aldo Leopold Wilderness that were powerful and life changing, and I want to let you know about these quests that are coming up through the summer and fall.
June 19-29, Chama River Wilderness, New Mexico
July 22 - August 1, Pecos Wilderness, New Mexico
August 12-22, Somerset Lake, Vermont
September 9-19, Green Mountains, Vermont
October 2-12, Gila Wilderness, New Mexico
Descriptions of the various sites follow, and Ive also included a description of the quest process itself. Please consider joining us, and for more information visit the website -- www.questforvision.com -- or write to sparrow@together.net
Many blessings, and I hope to hear from you
Sparrow Hart
Chama River Wilderness: (June) Stunning mesa-canyon country, formerly home to Georgia OKeefe. Exposed cliffs display themselves in layers of pink, red, and yellow. Bright sun, brilliant stars, cicadas singing, and occasional summer thunderstorms. Wildflowers, sage fields, prickly pear and cholla cactus in bloom. Pinion, cedar, mule deer, canyon wrens, coyote howling in the distance.
Pecos Wilderness, northern New Mexico (July). Classic high-country ecology where lush alpine meadows rich in wildflowers mix with woodlands of aspen and spruce. High mesa top includes panoramic views where ridges and high peaks dominate the horizon. Deep cut valleys descending to sparkling mountain streams. Brilliant sun, afternoon thunderstorms, and a night sky alive with stars
Vermont Quests: (August and September) Rolling hills and mountains, lush, fertile woodlands, streams, and lakes. Loons call at dusk on a mirrored lake reflecting mountain and sky. In the morning mist rises from the water as islands emerge from fog. Moose roam the woods among beaver ponds, ferns and moss-covered boulders; gold and crimson leaves paint a bright palette in fall. Owls hoot, geese honk as eagle and osprey dive for fish.
Gila Wilderness, southwestern New Mexico. (October) A rich intermingling of mountain, desert, and river ecologies. An area of stunning diversity as grand cottonwoods, sycamores, and other deciduous trees line the river alongside ponderosa pine forests and the pinion-juniper cactus zone characteristic of high desert. Rugged mountains descend through dry grass and wildflower meadows to lush river-bottom land. Rich in animal life: deer, mule deer and elk are common.
The Vision Quest
A Sacred Journey of the Heart
It is only those who know neither an inner call nor an outer doctrine whose plight is truly desperate; that is... most of us today. --Joseph Campbell
Since time immemorial people have gone to the wilderness to seek guidance and renewal, to let their old lives and old selves die, to find the condition where spirit may be rekindled, reborn within them.
Participation in a vision quest starts long before one walks into the wilderness. The seeds of participation may have been planted long ago, in childhood, and arrival may seem part of a process unfolding steadily and naturally. Or the decision may be sudden, a crisis or transition causing something long hidden to burst forth with compelling force, a force one cannot deny or refuse. Or it may just seem "the right thing to do," an affirmative way to answer a question, mark a change, or renew the spirit.
Whatever path brings us here, whether we feel called or driven, participation brings one to a process that is solitary, unique, and universal. Alone, in wilderness, we stand naked before our mother, the Earth; we stand before our gods and goddesses; we stand before ourselves. As kindred souls have done for millennia, we come to enact our dying and rebirth.
At Circles of Air and Stone, we assist individuals to seek and find their true nature in nature. In our vision quest programs the participant spends 4 days and nights alone, fasting on the earth. The first 4 days are spent in preparation with the staff. Our meetings will focus on creating physical and emotional balance; refining and clarifying one's myths, goals, and life story, and how these relate to the time at hand. Specific teachings will address traditional forms and vision quest "events," the mirroring aspects of nature; the four shields model of self and psyche; emergency and safety procedures; archetypes and allegories of the heroic journey; the effects of fasting; and instruction in self-initiated ceremony. Preparation includes individual counseling and guidance relevant to the specific needs of the individual.
I feel my vision quest has been with me every day since I left the mountain. I no longer define myself by the hole I used to have inside or by the postures and activities I used to fill it or cover it up. On some deep level I trust myself and the choices I make.
The participants are then conducted to a wilderness to find their place of power, to live alone for four days and nights. In sunrise ceremony they take their leave and cross the threshold into the Sacred World to live alone for 4 days and nights on the earth and be in intimate contact with oneself, nature in its many forms, and the Spirit-in-all-things.
Returning to base camp marks the beginning of incorporation. We will share food and be welcomed with simple ceremony to begin the journey back into the human world. Over the next three days we will share stories of our time in the "Sacred World." Your story will be attentively witnessed and listened to and you will be assisted in finding your truths and meanings, owning your gifts, and claiming your power. The emphasis is on grounding and owning the lessons learned in the threshold period, for the true work of the vision quest awaits us when we return to our people.
How are the seeds we bring back to be planted in the daily world with its dysfunction and distraction? How can we protect them, nurture them, and make them grow? What gifts do we have to give to our people? We must ask and answer these questions if our vision is to guide us in daily life.
The work of incorporation is to again take on the cloak of our civilized life and to wear it gracefully.
After we have held our councils, had our feasts, and shared our ceremonies we must part. With renewed commitment and gratitude for the insight, rich experience, and friendship we have shared, it is time to walk our "path with heart," re-entering the world we left behind to realize our vision. There the living work of the vision quest awaits us.
Circles of Air and Stone exists to assist people in facing themselves and creating successful and meaningful passages through the transitions and crises in their lives. We emphasize the authentic experience of the individual. We must face ourselves and learn to live from our strengths rather than our wounds. We must find our ground and determine our place, whether alone, in relationship, or in community. We are called to find our medicine, our unique path to wholeness; to find our gift and give it to our people.
We help individuals claim their own authenticity and authority; define their own myths; make their own decisions, determine their own meanings and heal themselves. The relationship of the individual to Spirit, God or Self is considered sacred, and our role is to assist participants in creating experiences and meanings relevant to their own lives and belief systems.
Contact may be either by writing (sparrow@together.net) or phone (802-387-6624). Upon inquiry you will be sent further information regarding course structure and requirements, procedures for enrollment, schedules, costs, risks and liability, transportation and accommodations. Registration forms may be downloaded from the website at www.questforvision.com
I want to emphasize that my gift to you is not my story, but the extent to which I can help you find your own voice, your own truth, your authenticity. There is no greater tragedy than a life unlived, and no greater joy than holding to ones Vision through the blessings and sorrows of life.

Restorative Yoga
These workshops are good for people who have been experiencing stress, fatigue, sickness, or have not been sleeping well. They are also appropriate for anyone wanting a quiet, centering respite. Restorative yoga is open to people at all levels of experience.
When doing the asanas (yoga postures) for restoration we look for a quality of non-action, or rest, in the poses. Whether lying down, sitting, or standing, props are used to assist relaxation and support staying the in the pose for a longer period of time. Relaxation has stages, it is something one can develop. It's not about being flaccid - it's about being expanded, like the height of a yawn. Relaxation is not the goal -- relaxation creates the conditions through which cellular and organic processes can move naturally, without effort. As such, this is an aspect of restoration and healing.

Action Theater, a five-week series
Action Theater is a form of improvisation developed by Ruth Zapora in which one practices the art of presence. This is a handy tool no matter what you do or who you love. It's important to be in the moment. Otherwise, you might miss out on what's happening in your life. Action Theater, like many spiritual practices, cultivates the ability to be present in the moment using techniques that help us become more aware of what is going on in our mind and body. Action Theater also works on how that inner experience gets communicated in relation to time, space and other people, so the work is wonderfully relational. We will engage our body and voice, working with rhythm, sound and language. We will be examining our perceptions as we go, waking up into a more present state of being and finding the innate freedom and joy that accompanies that experiece.
