Print out the Registration Form (sorry, no online registration at this time).
(1)In the left boxes, put an "X" if you want to hold a space. Please send a $20 deposit per workshop or $5o each for full registration. In the right boxes, specify which location (Falmouth, MA or San Francisco). MAKE SURE THE WORKSHOPS YOU WANT ARE BEING HELD IN THE LOCATION YOU WANT (check Where, When, and Who).
(2)Make check payable to: DANCE Vision 2000 Festival. If you send a deposit to hold a space or spaces, the balance is due the week before the workshop, at which time info will be available on the exact times, directions and any other important details.
*Full Registration is recommended because you might get bumped if there is a large sign-up and we can't get hold 0f you.
*In all cases money is refunded if workshops are cancelled or schedule changes cause conflicts.
*Check the website for updates.
*Reservations are encouraged for the performance/celebrations on the third nights. ($15 per person). You can do that now too. Just specify that and include it in your check.

You can sign up for single workshops ---$20 TO HOLD, $50 FULL REGISTRATION for each workshop. USE THE FORM FOR CONVENIENCE.
