Creamy Rice Pudding in Phyllo Biscuit
2 cups rice
2 tsp. Chili flakes
2 ea. vanilla beans
1 cup mascarpone
2 cups sugar
8 ea. sugar dough cups
Method of Preparation:
Wash rice 3 to 4 times and drain well. Put in heavy-duty pot, add chili, split vanilla beans, sugar, and cover with water to cook until very tender (you might need to add water during cooking). Add mascarpone and refrigerate.
To serve pour into sugar cups and dust with powder sugar (optional).
