Stores all the important employee Support contacts with a categorization of Department, Group Etc. built with a easy navigation for a quick lookup.

 

SBCIS Feedback Center:

This is a feedback tool for all the SBCIS tools. Users can submit different type of Feedback and the tool has a built in Workflow that will notify respective people/group depending on the nature of the Feedback. When the feedback is closed with a proper remedy, automatically the person who submitted the feedback will be notified via e-mail.

 

SBC Yahoo Dial Call Tracker:

This tool will allow Support Agents to log different types of calls that they come across. This tool has around 30 – 40 fields to gather and store Important details.

Customer Care Knowledge Base Repository Database

This Database holds information pertinent to the business (ISP) conducted by Prodigy.  It includes the Product, Account Management and Technical Support information needed by several call centers to support over 3M customers.  It is comprised of six integrated databases on multi-server environment constantly updated through scheduled Replication with five levels of security based on individual and support site logins. Constantly being updated for enhancement.

 

Product Initiation form (PIF)

Browser enabled information tool, which maintains the product-level communication flow from Marketing to Customer Care Knowledge Base. It includes a complex workflow.

 

Change Request and Suggestion Database

Call center Agents and Representatives who works on the above applications can make a Suggestion or Change request that is flowed thro’ a series of workflow.

Pharmaceutical Products Division (PPD) Mail System

Description:  PPD Divisions Executives will be sending the mails to group of people based on certain criteria. For e.g. “All employees in Lake County”, or “All Employees in Building AP30”….  This Application will allow the user to generate the Group list based on Available data on the mainframe systems. The group generation can also be scheduled to regenerate every night/ or as desired, and allow the executives to create a mail and send it to all the employees in the group.

This is a browser-enabled registration application for the National Technological University program at ECT.  Available for all the Houston based Enron business unit employees. It has a build in workflow where the registration document flows from Student to his/her Manager and from Manager to Director for approvals and finally the Training Admin will receive it and enable the student(s) to view the class.
