This Is my Motherland. My Birth Place(Even though my hometown is Hassan). This is the place I was Born and Bought up. I was here right from my kindergarten to my Post graduation. And couple of years of my job career. Do you believe, if I say I was in and around my home (within a range of 2 miles, throughout my education right from my Kindergarten to my Post Graduation and within 8-10 miles range till I moved to Pune in 1997)? Man! But, it is TRUE. J

First Time I ever went out of my home is to this place in the year 1997. I really enjoyed staying there for more than a year. I can say that is the place I really learnt to be by myself, I could not have done anything I am doing, If I was not there in Pune. Thank God for giving me that opportunity.

Yup, This is the First Place I came to in America. For the first time. If you want to know what I felt when I came here for the first time and set my first foot in America? Actually I did not feel nothing at all. All the changes I saw was, the traffic was more structured. More disciplined, the city was much more clean than Bombay or any other cities in INDIA.

Altanta is a Great City with quite a lot to do. There are quite a number of places you can hang around or visit over the weekend. I was there for very few months, but it was a good start for me to be in US. And Yes it is one of the prettiest place in US.

This is an Other nice place I lived. One lucky thing is that I was there at the right time (Summer of 2000, May-Sept). Believe me, It is no fun to be there in Winter.

The downtown is GREAT! The Great Lake is Just GREAT! I was so amazed when I saw it for the first time. It is just like a sweet water Sea. It is Just exactly a Sea, It has the same Sand Sea shore, Big waves….

I lived for 3 months but It is Just unforgettable. I got to visit my friends in New Jersey, quite often when I was there. Had a Good Landlord to stay with Use to Visit Manhattan quite Often, every now n then.

A ha… Yes! Here is where I am, I moved to this pace in the month of Dec'00. And yes I am Back in Texas. Remember, I said INDIA back when I was in Houston? Austin is Just perfect for any INDIAN. Surrounded by Mountains… reminds me most of the cities in INDIA. Beautiful Lakes, scenery, Food, Vegetarian Restaurants, Man What not!. I always thought If I've a choice to make with the place I want to live. I use to say It is Austin-TX.
