Tater Tour to the AVA 2009 Convention and Much More!

JUNE 18^th – JULY 1^st 2009

AVA Convention Website

June 18^th: (Thurs.) Fly day only to Dallas, Texas (DFW) not Love Field. Hotel Accommodations at the Drury Inn & Suites. Continental Breakfast included and free shuttle from airport.                 

June 19^th: (Fri.) Drive to Austin, Texas for Capitol Walk and then in the afternoon continue to Fredericksburg for year round event.  Hotel accommodations at the Sunday House Inn & Suites, located on Main Street with great German restaurants close-by. Continental Breakfast included.                 

June 20^th: (Sat.) Possible sightseeing in the morning in Fredericksburg and then drive to San Antonio, Texasfor the famous “RiverWalk”!  Hotel accommodations at the Drury Inn & Suites NE., close to Fort Sam Houston.  Continental Breakfast included.                 

June 21^st:   (Sun.) Participate in Fort Sam Houston year round event and then start our journey back to the
Dallas and Richardson, Texas area for the start of the AVA Convention the next day.  Hotel accommodations at the Hawthorn Suites, located about 6 blocks from the host Hotel, The Renaissance Hotel.  The Hawthorn Suites
has a full kitchen in each suite! Hotel provides a full Breakfast and evening snacks and drinks!  We will be here     for six glorious nights!  More information will be available as the time gets closer to Convention. 

June 22^nd – 26^th: (Mon. – Fri.) Participate in the AVA Convention walks plus several walks in the local area of   Dallas.  Walk with friends and walkers from all over the USA!!!  Participate in the Convention Social Activities
and Meetings.                

June 27^th:  (Sat.)  Depart the Dallas area and drive to Louisiana and Arkansas for the Post Walks of        Convention. (Bossier City, Louisiana and Hope, Arkansas)  Participate in walk located in
Bossier City, Louisiana and then drive to Hope, Arkansas.  Hotel accommodations at the Holiday Inn
Express.  Continental Breakfast included.                

June 28^th:  (Sun.)  Participate in Convention walk in Hope and then continue our journey to Little Rock,       Arkansas to participate in Capitol Walk.  Hotel accommodations at Comfort Inn & Suites in Little Rock.  Continental Breakfast included.                 

June 29^th:  (Mon.)  Drive to Memphis, Tennessee and tour Graceland and then participate in year round
event in Memphis.  Hotel accommodations at the Hampton Inn.  Continental Breakfast included.                       

Jun. 30^th:   (Tues.)  Drive to Frankfort, Kentucky to participate in Capitol Walk.  Hotel accommodations at
the Holiday Inn Express.  Continental Breakfast included. 

July 1^st:     (Wed.)  Possible stop for a walk on our return to Baltimore, Maryland and Gunther Charters

 $50.00 will reserve your seat on this Fantastic AVA Convention & More Trip.
