Task Data System™ (TDS) is a professional workgroup software package specifically designed
to store and catalog task analysis data, including graphic images. The program
contains three modules accessed via password and protected-function schemes.
Data Entry Module
The TDS Pro Data Entry module allows users to a) organize and input process
information in a structured, systematic manner; and b) automatically generate
professional looking, job-specific learning guides, training manuals,
checklists, operation standards, job safety
analyses, progress charts, and other pertinent "how to" information.
Progress Log Module
The TDS Pro Progress Log module lets authorized users track personnel on-the-job
task-training qualifications. You can track who has been trained, who has been
qualified, and who has been requalified on job-specific assigned tasks.
Data Query Module
TDS Pro also includes a Performance-Support module, allowing users to conduct
real-time queries of process information contained in the data file. Users can
quickly look up and print need-to-know "how to" information and
related visual job aids linked to the task they are needing to perform.

TDS stores workgroup information -- including images -- in a relational data
file, allowing information to be entered, searched and retrieved easily,
quickly, and effectively.
Since TDS contains preformatted report layouts, printed output will be
consistent and professional, no matter who prints the report.
Site and corporate licenses are available in single user or LAN-based
multi-user versions.
