ANALYZE PRODUCT AND SALES DATA USING ACCESS
DESCRIPTION
Do you need to create effective and efficient summaries
of large amounts of product and sales data? This course will show you the
many tools Access has to help you. See how to create a crosstab query, report
and chart and a Pivot form. The class is instructor-led with plenty of hands-on
activities. Learn to:
- Create and modify a crosstab query to summarize a large
amount of data.
- Create a report and a chart based on a crosstab query
to present the summary in an attractive and effective printed format.
- Create a Pivot form and modify a PivotTable as another
tool for summarizing data.
- Design crosstab queries and Pivot forms to save time
and work in analyzing data.

PREREQUISITES
Access - Level 1 or have equivalent
knowledge. You also must have a good understanding of basic Microsoft Windows,
file management and personal computers.

NECESSARY SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE
Windows 95 or Windows 98, Access 97 or higher with the
Chart Wizard installed, and, for certain activities, Excel 97 or higher
and Microsoft Graph 8.0 or higher.
