The Office Wiz offers troubleshooting services as well as answering how
to questions.
How It Works:
First, sign up to be a Registered
User. You will be entitled to these benefits:

affordable "pay as you go" flat rate
- Get your Microsoft Office questions answered quickly
Once You're Signed Up:
You must be a registered user to obtain the password for this page. To ask a question,
click HERE.
To have the Office Wiz troubleshoot a problem document, click
HERE. If you are attaching a document, specify the version of the
program with which you are working If you don't know the version, open the
program and go to the Help menu and Choose About
Notice: We will take steps to ensure that our response and
any accompanying document(s) or hyperlink(s) are free from computer viruses
and the like. However, the recipient of this message is ultimately
responsible for ensuring that it is actually virus free prior to opening
it.
Payment:
All payments are made through easy-to-use PayPal. You will be sent
to the payment link when we respond via email. That way you only pay if
we can supply the help.
Only $15 per question answered and $25 per document troubleshooting.
The troubleshooting service only includes analyzing your
problem, not resolving it. If you wish to use the Office Wiz's secretarial
services, the charge is $35 per hour. A bill for that service will be sent
separately through email and payment can then be made through PayPal.
Within 24 hours, (maybe less), you'll have an answer. If the Office Wiz
doesn't resolve your issue you won't be charged!
