DESCRIPTION FOR
MICROSOFT EXCEL - CHARTING
AND ORGANIZING DATA
This class description basically covers all versions of Excel.

Discover all of Excel's impressive charting and list-management
capabilities. The class is instructor-led with plenty of hands-on activities.
Learn to:
- Create charts that graphically represent worksheet data.
- Modify charts.
- Customize charts by applying formatting.
- Enhance worksheets and charts by using the drawing tools
to add graphic objects.
- Sort information in a list by using the Data, Sort command.
- Locate information quickly in a list that meets specified
conditions by using the Advanced filter feature.
LENGTH
Approximately eight hours. Recommend two four hour sessions.
PREREQUISITES
Excel 2000 - Introduction or
equivalent knowledge. Specifically, you should know how to work with worksheets,
write formulas and work with workbooks. You must have a good understanding
of basic Microsoft Windows, file management and personal computers.

NECESSARY SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE
- A 486/66-compatible PC that meets minimum hardware requirements
for Windows 95 or later or Windows NT 4.0 or later. A Pentium 90 MHz processor
with 32 MB RAM or better is recommended. The minimum memory requirement
is 16 MB RAM. Check your reference manual for specific hardware considerations.
- Windows 95, 98 or Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 3
(or higher) installed.
- Microsoft mouse or compatible pointing device.
- A printer (optional). You must have an installed printer
driver to use Print Preview.
