INTEGRATE DATA AND GRAPHS INTO YOUR WORD 2000 DOCUMENTS USING EXCEL
DESCRIPTION
Did you know your great looking charts and graphs from
Excel can be used in Word as well? Discover a variety of techniques to create
graphs and charts in Excel and integrate them into Word documents. The class
is instructor-led and is full of hands-on activities. You can also bring
your own files to experiment with. Learn to:
- Incorporate Excel data and graphs into Word using various
methods and recognize the difference between linking and embedding.
- Dynamically update data in Excel graphs and customize
graphs to create effective documents.
- Use MS Graph to create charts.
- Use graphics and visuals with graphs in Word.

One four hour session.
PREREQUISITES
Word - Level 1 and Excel
- Introduction or equivalent knowledge. You must also have a good understanding
of basic Microsoft Windows, file management and personal computers.

NECESSARY SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE
- An IBM or IBM-compatible computer equipped with Word
97 or 2000, Excel 97 or 2000 and MS Graph 97 or 2000.
- An installed printer driver. (Printers are not required;
however, you must have an installed printer driver to use Print Preview.)
