WELCOME
"Whispers of the Spirit" are Christian letters written on a variety of subjects. Their purpose is to teach, instruct, enlighten, encourage, and convict believers and non-believers alike by communicating, in love and truth, what the "still small voice" of the Holy Spirit is speaking today. I am unashamedly conservative in my beliefs. I believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and it is as revelant today as it was when first written. I believe the Church is in some cases guilty of "paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons" (1 Timothy 4:1NASU) instead of paying attention to the Holy Spirit. The result is a Church that is losing the holiness which the Father requires of it and is being polluted by flagrant sin because she embraces these demonic teachings and doctrines. The cost can be high for speaking tbe truth. God told the prophet, Jeremiah, "The prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests rule on their own authority; and My people love it so" (Jeremiah 5:31NASU)! So much did the people love the words of the false prophets and the human rule of the priests that they banned Jeremiah from entering into the Temple to teach and speak the true God had given him (Jeremiah 36:5).

The Purpose of the Letters
The "Whispers of the Spirit" letters are sent out monthly either by snail-mail or by e-mail to those requesting them. Some who have received these letters have encouraged us to make them available on the Web. So, here they are. It is our prayer that the truth that leads to holiness that the Lord has whispered into our ear will find a home in your spirit as it has in ours. The intention is not to condemn, but to enlighten and to bring back mankind to a Biblical knowledge of holiness and righteousness as taught by the Lord Jesus Christ. However, truth will always offend those who live in opposition to it, who accept sin as normal and thus embrace a false Christianity. The Lord is not swayed by arguments that are intended to justify and make acceptable sin in mankind and especially sin in those who have taken the name "Christian". "Nevertheless, the firm foundation of God stands, having this seal. 'The Lord knows those who are His,' and 'Let everyone who names the name of the Lord abstain from wickedness.'" (2 Timothy 2:19) May we as Christians be a light in this dark world, living in such a way so as to draw everyone to our Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe:
- In the Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, each holy, righteous, and equally God.

- That salvation comes only through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ resulting in our forgiveness and santification and in our redemption from sin.

- That salvation is by grace alone, starting within our spirits, flowing outward to our souls, and resulting in a glorified body like unto the Lord Jesus Christ.

- In the inerrancy of the Holy Bible in both the Old Testament and the New Testament.

- In the sanctity of human life from conception, the body being created to serve as a temple of the Holy Spirit.

- That Jesus Christ rules and reigns in Heaven at the right hand of God the Father and that He will return to rule and reign upon the earth with His saints.
