Net Preamble

     This is (Callsign). My name is (Your Name), and I'm located in (Your City).  I will be net control for this session of the L'Anse Creuse Amateur Radio Club net.  This net meets every (Monday 21.165 MHz CW @ 7:30 PM, 21.395 MHz USB @ 9:00 PM) (Tuesday 144.930 MHz Packet) (Thursday 28.435 MHz @ 7:30 PM, 147.080 MHz FM @ 8:30 PM).  The purposes of this net are to exchange information of interest to club members and the amateur community, and to promote friendship.

     This net is a regularly scheduled activity of the L'Anse Creuse Amateur Radio Club of Mt. Clemens, Michigan.  We meet on the first Wednesday of every month except July and August, at L'Anse Creuse High School, 16 mile and Crocker Blvd. in Mt. Clemens at 7:30 PM local time.  Both our club meetings and our nets are open to everyone.

     Checking into this net will earn you one point in our net participation awards program.

     This is a directed net.  I will stand by for check-ins now and periodically throughout the net.  Once I have compiled a list, I will call on each of you in order for a transmission.  Tonights' topic will be....(Topic is optional).

     Check ins should be taken in three phases:

We will now stand by for any emergency or priority traffic
We will now stand by for mobile and portable stations, as well as stations with net announcements.  Please give your name and call.  Again, you do not need to be a member of the L'Anse Creuse Amateur Radio Club to check in.  Please call.

Net Closing
