1998 College Basketball Preview

The nights are cooler. The days are shorter. The kids are back in school. Yes, these signs point to one thing: a new college basketball season is just around the corner. And I can't wait! So I've dedicated this page to previewing the upcoming season. Plus, with the NBA locked out, it might be the only basketball we'll see this year (Sorry, WNBA doesn't count!).

Below is my preseason Top 25 along with links to other pages previewing the players and teams that will make this season exciting. Unlike many fans, I continue to follow college basketball long after the Final Four, so most of my previews are based on my knowledge of the teams, players and coaches. However, I must admit that sometimes I don't get a chance to follow the Fordham's of the world, so the previews for those teams are based on analyzing stats, gathering info, and subscribing to other's opinions. So here's what I think about the 1998 college basketball season!
