| Owned by Bill in Chicago, this fine looking '61 appears darker than
most, but is perported to be the correct Jewel Blue color. The owner asserts
that the more familiar lighter ones are simply faded due to repainting
with non-original lead-free paint. |

| This is an Ermine White '61 owned by Gary Baldes of CO. Although
it has a correct, but NOM, there's no reason to be ashamed of this beauty! |

| Here's one from Oslo, Norway! Owned by Roger Arntsen. It must be a real treat for the corvette fans there to see this on the road. |
 |
| Here's another one from overseas belonging to Jean-Bernard Demierre of
Suisse. This is the first picture sent to me by a reader way back
when my page started. |

Hi John,
I thought it would be fun to send you a photo of my '61E (S/N 100447). This was taken at the Route 66 Diamond Jubilee Classic Car Shine 'n Show in Albuquerque, New Mexico on 20 July, '01. The photographer asked if he could pose his model in my car since it was unique (Jewel Blue) among the NCRS Corvettes present and he wanted the shot for his portfolio.

| John Daino of Philadelphia just sent me this picture of his "basket case" '61 which he painstakingly restored after 1999. It is a 4 speed, base engine Jewel Blue with a 3:70 positraction axle. |
