off the record Program History .
In 1991, Ted Loman began producing a weekly cable access television program to disseminate information about UFOs and the alien presence. Ted invited noted UFO illustrator Jim Nichols to join the show as co-host. They thought this information was of historic importance, and that it would change our understanding of who we are. Their initial plan was to create a series of eight episodes. Their program was called UFOAZ Talks. For seven years, Ted and his friends created close to 300 episodes of UFOAZ Talks. In 1994, Peggy Kane joined Ted and Jim to co-host the program. Over the years, they interviewed nearly all of the major authors and lecturers in the UFO field. Brenda Loman joined the program in 1995 as associate producer and videographer. The final episode of UFOAZ Talks aired in December of 1997. In January 1998, a new program was born: Off The Record. Ted and Peggy were the hosts of the new program. The title of the new program reflected their desire to cover a broader range of issues, beyond the realm of UFOs. Episodes of UFOAZ Talks are available for purchase on video tape. Please contact Ted Loman or Brenda Loman for information. |
