Just in time it`s early in the morning as we did a low fly by in the the helicopter as a crew is getting a maintenance of way train to go out on the main line. We will have to catch up with them later on in the day after we set down.

This is Andys layout is located at his home in his basement in a 14`x 28` inclosed room. The layout is an oval but he operates it like a point to point layout. You can see a diagram of the room here. There are three main branch lines off the two mains with extensive switching. With the mains having off shoots to small companies. Plus the new White River Juction that is not yet shown here.

This last year Andy decided to do some changes to the layout so like any good model railroader he hired a blasting company to make a tunnel porthole out near Manchester Lumber. This new section will be called White River Junction it is up and running with track laid and buildings up. We just got done cutting out for an area for a dock with track running out on it. Above here Is a shot of White River Junction. You can see the tunel porthole in the back ground coming from the main room.

This is the new dock thats going in at New London. We are using plaster casting this overall shot is kind the idea we are going for.
