                          NOTICE                

This is the fourth of a series of Notices by Gannett Fleming 
Corddry and Carpenter, Inc., Engineers, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania,
for information needed by them to complete a survey and report
concerning the existing cemeteries on the Pennsylvania side of the
proposed Tocks Island Lake. The survey is being made for the 
Philadelphia District, Corps of Engineers, for the purpose of
determining the actual number of graves, the names of the deceased, 
and the names and addresses of the next-of-kin or nearest living relative.

This Notice seeks information about the following four cemeteries :

- VALLEY VIEW_CEMETERY -
Located about.3.25 miles north of Bushkill in Lehman Town-
ship on a hill just west of Route 209. The following names or
initials were taken from headstones:

There are apparently 100 other unidentifled graves in the cemetery. 

 -- SCHOONOVER BURIAL PLOT --
Located about 1.1 miles north of Bushkill in Lehman Township just 
east of Route 209 near the "Del-A-Shore" motel. The following names
were taken from headstones:

   SCHUMAN, ANNA C.  			       SCHUMAN, HERMAN

There are apparently 8 other unidentified graves in the cemetery.


-- KURTZ FARM -
Located about 2 miles south of Milford in Dingman Town between Route 
209 and the Delaware River. The following names were taken from 
headstones.
     (list missing from my copy).... 

  -- CICATO BURIAL GROUND -
Located somewhere in Dingman Township. It is requested that anyone knowing the
 location of this cemetery please contact the undersigned. The following names were taken
 from head headstones by the Pike County Historical Association in 1934:
